Monitors the system-wide security and safety surveillance program to identify and anticipate potential hazards; identifies risks and/or compliance issues and works with the system safety, health and environment work group and/or other key stakeholders to appropriately address and mitigate risks. • Develops, monitors, and recommends security and safety staffing models, policies, procedures, guidelines, protocols, and educational programs working in conjunction with system and entity leadership teams, as well as, the system safety, health and environment work group.
