Working across customers, Sales, engineering, production and integration, logistics, and other delivery functions, the Senior Project Manager establishes project direction, drives accountability, and ensures customer commitments are understood and actively managed. In either model, the Senior Project Manager owns project-level planning, fulfillment oversight, shipping readiness, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and confirmation of successful delivery.
