The technician analyzes refresh eligibility and inventory data to build deployment schedules, determines the correct image, configuration, and data migration approach for each user and enclave, coordinates with users and asset management, executes deployments with STIG-compliant images and encryption verification, and processes replaced equipment for reuse or disposition. Analyze escalated Tier II incidents involving desktops, laptops, thin clients, peripherals, and printers to determine root cause and business impact, and independently determine the appropriate resolution approach, including when to repair, reconfigure, re-image, replace, or escalate.
