Partner strategically with executive leadership, EHS, Cybersecurity, Legal, People, and Facilities to integrate security requirements into business operations, personnel actions, construction projects, and emergency response plans, while serving as primary security advisor to the company. Build and lead the physical security organization including site security operations, security engineering/systems, investigations, front desk operations, and contracted guard force management, establishing clear roles, career pathways, and training programs for all security personnel.
