Marter knowledge of DODs overseas and domestic roles, responsibilities, missions, capabilities, command and control structures, programs, and organizational relationships, including the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Services, National Guard, and other defense enterprise stakeholders in the planning, coordination, and execution of Homeland Defense, DSCA, and TSC missions.
