Prepare, review, and redline inbound and outbound agreements, including non-disclosure, teaming, subcontract, data privacy, services, consulting, and licensing agreements, and support negotiations. Assist with the formation of prime contracts, including supporting proposal preparation, prime contract review, teaming/joint venture and subcontract partnering, and risk assessment.
