In this role, you will help coordinate field activities, monitor subcontractor performance, participate in daily safety planning, support incident reporting and investigations as required, and help resolve field-level challenges that may impact productivity or project timelines. This is a hands-on, site-based leadership opportunity for someone who is organized, accountable, and comfortable balancing safety, quality, production, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced construction environment.
