The VP sits on ARCHER’s Technology Leadership team alongside the VPs of Product, Architecture and Development, Business Systems, and Security Operations, and partners closely with the CIO and ELT functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that reduce cycle times, lower operating costs, eliminate manual processes, and build advantages in claims administration and lien resolution that competitors can’t easily copy. Expand and harden ARCHER’s existing AI infrastructure, including the ARCHIE agent framework and the estate of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers now running across the QSF, SOW, Import, Finance, RevRec, and helpdesk domains, plus internal knowledge libraries, with accountability for model selection and upgrades, evaluation and testing practices, platform cost control, and resilience.
