Support day-to-day network and security operations in coordination with the Network and Security Analyst, including network health monitoring and troubleshooting of switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VLANs, VPNs, and connectivity; assist with more complex network and security implementations as needed. The Systems Administrator maintains and supports the organization's cloud, on-premises, and hybrid IT infrastructure, with primary responsibility for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, storage, backups, and related systems.
