Primary duty must include the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance, including but not limited to, pre-qualifying and once qualified, awarding work to subcontractors, planning, assigning, and directing all subcontractor's Construction/Tower work, disciplining subcontractors, addressing complaints and resolving problems. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
