Assist in the planning and coordination of College-wide emergency response plans, natural disaster preparedness, and other risk-mitigation plans in collaboration with campus Police and other appropriate College departments,Responsible for interviewing, hiring preparing job descriptions, conducting performance evaluations, administering disciplinary action as necessary, and training all Risk Management and Environmental Health & Safety employees. Coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive Risk Management Program for College of DuPage, including setting goals and objectives for the Risk Management Program, identifying and analyzing perils, risks and hazards to which the College, its employees, students, volunteers, general public, and/or property may be exposed.
