Senior Asset Manager- Multifamily Portfolio and Capital Projects REPORTS TO: Owner and Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management FLSA STATUS: Exempt JOB LOCATION: Greensboro, NC Area preferred WORK ARRANGEMENT: Greensboro-area-based preferred; remote candidates may be considered COMPENSATION: $135,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Asset Manager- Multifamily Portfolio and Capital Projects provides strategic asset management leadership for the company's multifamily and student housing portfolio, with primary responsibility for financial and operational performance, oversight of third-party property management Multifamily, and asset-level business plans. This position will serve as a key owner-side representative, working closely with third-party property management teams, general contractors, vendors, lenders, and internal leadership to ensure that assets perform in accordance with operating plans, that capital projects are delivered on budget and on schedule, and that they are consistent with investment objectives.
