Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree and a minimum of 5 years' prior relevant experience, to include any combination of the following: Engineering experience supporting technical projects or complex test/lab environments. This role partners closely with engineering, operations, facilities, finance, and program teams to develop capital strategies, manage budgets, and ensure timely and compliant project execution.
