Serving as the primary liaison between all stakeholdersthe organization, its vendors, and external partners, this role, in conjunction with team peers, leads its designated ecosystem of application lifecycle administration, request fulfillment, customer support, identity governance and administration, application portfolio management, documentation and knowledge management, education, operational discipline, workload management, and continuous improvement for a reliable, secure, and compliant operation.
