Oversee review of contracts, subcontracts, and customer agreements for insurance, indemnification, limitation of liability, and risk-allocation provisions, primarily executed by the Risk and Insurance Specialist, coordinating with the Legal Department on recommended positions. Oversee claims across all lines of coverage, including workers' compensation, primarily executed by the Claims Administrator, including intake, reporting, reserve monitoring, and coordination with carriers, third-party administrators, adjusters, and outside counsel.
