Financial Scope: Direct impact on budget is substantial - This position has a direct impact on the Company’s performance regarding several key indicators, including operational efficiency, data accuracy and reliability, regulatory readiness, System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI), Customer Average Interruption Duration Index (CAIDI), and Customer Satisfaction, by managing scope, budget, and schedule within approved parameters and providing structured and detailed reports to the appropriate management team. This position is also key to maintaining the company’s image and good standing with customers, regulators, and shareholders in regards to developing, coordinating, and implementing projects, programs, and initiatives that have a direct link to customer experience, reliability, data integrity, and bottom‑line results of the organization.
