Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's public relations and marketing programs to maintain and increase census and provide the community with accurate information about the facility, its programs, and services. • Assist department directors in developing and using marketing and public relations policies and procedures; establish rapport between departments to ensure all staff understand their role in these programs. Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Google Local Services Ads platform, ServiceTitan (or equivalent field services CRM), Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), and PowerPoint. CRM & Field Software Utilization: Utilize ServiceTitan and marketing automation tools to track incoming leads from specific local campaigns straight through to completed service calls.
