Construction Representative - Richmond ***Work Location: Richmond, KY*** Salary: Based on experience and will be discussed with manager in interview REQUIREMENT- Must be a US Citizen and must pass a federal background review and drug screen POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Construction Representative will be responsible for surveillance of construction projects and delivering surveillance reports on all phases of construction for compliance with plans and specifications in respect to workmanship, materials, installation, and construction methods to government personnel. Review the construction contractor’s Quality Control Plan, Safety Plan, Schedule of Prices, Progress Schedules, and Network Analysis Diagrams (CPM’s), Environmental Protection Plan, Asbestos Plan, and submittal register for conformance with contract requirements and good practice.
