Contracts Administrator is responsible for leveraging their experience to assist with the review, redlining, and negotiation of legal and financial terms in wholesale energy trading contracts and , confirmations, and ancillary agreements and maintain responsibility for handling all stages of the contract process from initial drafting to execution, serving as the primary liaison between Commercial, Legal, Credit, and Risk Management, and the key point of contact with counterparties. Redline and negotiate and process commodity agreements, including but not limited to: first lien and traditional 2002 ISDA Master Agreements, EEI Master Power Purchase and Sale Agreements, NAESB Base Contracts, Guarantees, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Long Form Confirmations, and Broker Agreements.
