Independently executes projects of extremely high complexity which have a large impact on the on the companys current and/or future business interests (projects may relate to any aspect of the business - people, procedures, policies, finances, equipment/processes) and/or products. With minimal direction and input from senior leadership, independently proposes, plans, and executes projects to eliminate the root cause of manufacturing problems.
