Project Management & Operations • Oversee all marketing channels and projects including digital marketing, web, social media, internal and external communications, and print publications • Execute internal and vendor-led marketing campaigns including monitoring the campaign and project performance metrics, timelines, budgets, and deliverables • Support content development for the University as well as departmental websites, webpages, publications, and social media • Institute, maintain, and refine project management systems and tools • Manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, determine marketing needs, projects, and programs to align with University and unit objectives and goals, and supervise processes such as the development of marketing timelines related to such initiatives. • Requires sitting at a desk and viewing a display screen for extended periods of time with frequent interruptions • Requires manual dexterity for typical office work • Must be able to partner with colleagues without exhibiting behavioral extremes • Must be able to provide appropriate constructive feedback to team members as well as respond appropriately to feedback and suggestions from management • Moderate lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds • Ability to operate a University vehicle • Some evening or weekend work may be required.
