Process all Employee Relations concerns including conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company Policies - Coach and advise management on succession planning - Promote Company culture and core values - Help ensure that the Company adheres to State/Federal regulations - Coach management on Employee Relations issues and compliance with laws to ensure consistency - Understand, implement, and enforce Company Policies - Create, maintain, and perform Disciplinary Actions - Perform terminations and layoffs - Advise Management on proper disciplinary and termination protocol - Work with HSE Managers to address Health and Safety issues in the workplace - Ensure record keeping is in compliance with State/Federal regulations and complete internal audits - Participate in Customer, FAA, and AS9100 audits - Provide proper training and answer questions for entire Human Resources team at all sites and locations - Complete regular weekly/monthly reports as requested by VP/GM and/or Director of Human Resources - Keeps management appropriately informed of site and corporate activities and of any significant/potential problems - Develop specific goals and plans for the individual sites Human Resources Department and take necessary steps to achieve those goals - In coordination with the Human Resources Director, evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of a skilled workforce - Works with Human Resources Director to develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the corporation for positions of responsibility. **Annual salary** $113,460.00 - $178,290.00 **Job location** **Job location** North America, United States, Washington **City (-ies)** 12810 State Ave Marysville, WA 98271 **Applicant criteria** **Minimum education level achieved** Bachelor's Degree **Minimum experience level required** More than 8 years **Additional Languages preferred** English (Fluent) **ITAR Controlled Position: Select "Yes" if role requires U.S. citizenship/permanent residency** Yes
