At least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager, or equivalent senior manager with responsibility for cost, schedule, staffing, technical performance, deliverables, risks, and customer satisfaction on a program of similar size, scope, and complexity. Required Experience: At least 10 years of progressively responsible program, project, site, or operations-management experience supporting technical services, engineering, facilities, information technology, logistics, security, or operations and maintenance programs.
