At least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager, or equivalent senior manager with responsibility for cost, schedule, staffing, technical performance, deliverables, risks, and customer satisfaction on a program of similar size, scope, and complexity. Prepare or oversee formal technical and cost proposals, participate in authorized contract-change negotiations, and manage internal audits and the Quality Control Program covering cost, configuration, safety, regulatory compliance, records, property, security, maintenance, and mission-operations performance.
