What Youll Do: • Collect, analyze, and interpret geological, hydrological, biological, and other environmental data to assess project site conditions • Perform field investigations and research to determine project site suitability, including collecting samples and providing construction operation assistance and drilling oversight • Participate in the development of reports, assessments, design concepts, and comparative cost analyses • Support office-based tasks including data analysis, report writing, and preliminary permit and specification preparation • Assist mid- and senior-level scientists and engineers on a variety of environmental project tasks, including providing technical assistance to project engineers on geologic, hydrologic, biologic, or other scientific factors affecting environmental outcomes • Review and evaluate potential impacts of federal, state, and local environmental legislation. What You Bring: • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field required • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required • EPA-accredited asbestos building inspector certification required • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required; experience with ArcMap or basic GIS Mapping is a plus • Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is a plus • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn about the respective scientific discipline • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills • Demonstrated willingness to expand scientific knowledge and grow within the discipline • Ability to conduct field work in various weather conditions and physically navigate diverse environments • Valid driver's license required • EPA-accredited asbestos project designer certification a plus • EPA Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor a plus.
