Form Energy's IT Engineering & Platforms team owns the tools, platforms, and identity infrastructure that the whole company runs on- Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, and the integration layers connecting them to name a few. Serve as the platform-level escalation point for complex identity, device, or M365 configuration issues that go beyond day-to-day support (day-to-day support, break/fix, and ticket resolution remain owned by IT Operations).
