Maintenance & Asset Management: Establish and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs for the tramway, mechanical systems, equipment, facilities, vehicles, and infrastructure to maximize reliability, safety, asset life, and operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and leaders across tourism, guest services, finance, human resources, marketing, retail, food and beverage, and other functions to coordinate operations and achieve organizational goals.
