Essential Functions: Supervise staff, which may include Child Welfare Supervisors, who provide an array of services to achieve permanency for children per the service plan and policies of the agency, accrediting, and regulatory bodies. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.
