The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: + Lead engineering teams consisting of entry to mid-level engineers and technicians in development of roadway and bridge design plans for transportation projects with WVDOH and local agencies + Perform business development and marketing activities in order to generate future business + Project scoping and budget development, including complex and high-profile roadway design projects + Communicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the public + Manage innovative transportation projects including financial, schedule, and design task management to deliver high quality plans + Project financials, invoicing, and cash collections + Assist with development of marketing strategies for targeted projects and clients within West Virginia + As part of this role, you will attend our AECOM Project Management Certification Program.
