While the focus of this role will generally be technical leadership on high profile projects, there may be activities to support other managers in developing an action plan to solicit and secure new work, implementation of goals, objectives, and priorities for the Mississippi office, identifying prospective markets and clients, etc. Expertise in electrical engineering principles for the field of building construction, especially in Mission Critical sectors including Data Centers and Defense projects- Capable of increasing technical competency with experience and work ethic.
