The position also provides administrative support for project coordination, assisting with timelines, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment. The IT Business Operations Admin serves as a central resource for operational continuity, supporting budget tracking, purchase requisitions, inventory management, and vendor communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, brings a proactive mindset to problem-solving, and ensures that ITS operations remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with institutional goals.Sponsorship is not available for this position.ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, coordinate appointments, and support scheduling for department leadership and team meetings.Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize messages and ensure timely responses.Draft, edit, and prepare business documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items. This role is part of a high‑functioning production team responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality products. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.<h4>Senior Operator Job Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li>Read and interpret production orders to determine required materials and number of batches.</li><li>Review and prepare mixer orders by locating and organizing raw materials in mixing sequence.</li><li>Weigh each ingredient accurately, ensuring the scale is zeroed before each measurement.</li><li>Use plastic brutes or buckets to hold raw materials during weighing.</li><li>Enter ingredient amounts into the computer system or HDMI.</li><li>Verify raw materials meet specifications, rounding measurements to the nearest tenth and keeping values at the lower end of the fraction.</li><li>Shut down and LOTO the control panel to perform mixer clean‑outs.</li><li>Inspect and clean the mixing area to prevent contamination, including machine interior, exterior, and surrounding floor.</li><li>Follow mixing directions(SOP) step‑by‑step according to the production order.</li><li>Monitor temperature gauges to ensure proper batch mixing conditions.</li><li>Test batch temperature and pH using a probe to confirm it is within required parameters.</li><li>Secure the mixing area after each batch.</li><li>Deliver first‑batch samples to the lab for testing and follow instructions for adjustments or continuation.</li><li>Fill finished batches into totes, drums or holding tank.</li><li>Senior Operator is responsible for the work center they are assigned to include overseeing operators working on same work center.</li></ul><h4>Operator Job Qualifications:</h4><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, including operation of production equipment and fork trucks.</li><li>Demonstrated competency with computers and basic PC software.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 repeatedly throughout the shift.</li><li>Stands, bends, stoops, squats, reaches, twists, and otherwise moves continuously during the workday.</li><li>Functions and operates comfortably in a very active fast-paced environment.</li><li>Endures extreme temperatures of heat and cold to include a wet environment.</li><li>Withstands loud noise and distractions.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul>
