Develop baseline schedules and perform detailed schedule analyses, including critical path and near-critical path evaluation, float analysis, resource loading, cost loading, cost curves, resource histograms, and schedule comparisons. Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc schedule reports, executive briefings, dashboards, and management presentations that communicate project status, critical milestones, schedule trends, recovery plans, and key performance metrics.
