Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field - 5+ years of Cost or Management Accounting experience - Strong knowledge of GAAP or financial reporting - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Excel - Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills - High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a Manufacturing environment - CPA or MBA.
