This position will work directly with local coalitions, community leaders, technical assistance providers, faculty within Health & Human Sciences Extension, and other interested parties to implement policy, system, and environmental changes related to improving healthy food access, increasing active transportation plans and policies, and improving farm to early care and education activities in accordance with HOP guidelines. Our dedicated and knowledgeable faculty and staff collaborate with researchers and community leaders to develop and deliver programs that address the needs of Missourians including: educational attainment; environmental concerns; community, economic, business and workforce development; global food systems; and health systems.
