Instead, the team is looking for a strong mid-career engineer who can support sustaining engineering activities, continuous improvement initiatives, tooling and fixture design, and cross-functional manufacturing support within a regulated medical device environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing engineering and bring a strong balance of technical capability, collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on problem solving. This individual will partner closely with senior engineering leadership while helping guide and mentor junior engineers on the team.
This role is highly visible and business-critical as the team continues to ramp up production and engineering support activities.
