7+ years of leadership experience in digital media, product management, programming, or audience engagement • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and people management skills • Expertise with analytics tools, UX/UI best practices, CRM/CEM platforms, and digital/OTT ecosystems • Experience integrating digital platforms, programming strategy, and customer lifecycle initiatives to drive audience growth and engagement Preferred • Familiarity with entertainment programming, digital merchandising, UX/UI best practices, CRM/CEM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud).
