Reporting to the Senior Manager, Pilot Line, the Senior Technician will execute fabrication steps, operate pilot-scale equipment, and material characterization independently, follow established workflows, and contribute to safe and efficient lab operations in a fast-paced development setting. Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas, Powder mixing or processing, Slurry preparation and mixing, Electrode coating, Cell assembly and packaging, Proficiency operating in gloveboxes, dry room or equivalent controlled environments.
