The Senior Closer partners closely with Originations, Underwriting, Legal, Servicing, Asset Management, borrowers, counsel, title companies, and agency representatives to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive successful transaction outcomes while maintaining exceptional client service and adherence to agency requirements. Monitor and apply current Agency guidance, program requirements, forms and updates published through applicable Agency resources, including Fannie Mae Multifamily Selling and Servicing Guide and Freddie Mac Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide, as relevant to the assigned transaction.
