Develops and maintains intuitive dashboards, reports, and presentations using software such as Transfer Center, Teletracking, as well as tools like Excel, SQL or Power BI, to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership, physicians, and network partners. Manages data communications to system-wide stakeholders, serving as primary contact for admissions, throughput and transfer data requests, while establishing a communication schedule and providing excellent customer service with accuracy and completeness.
