Responsibilities Support execution and integration of professional promotion initiatives aligned to brand strategic imperatives and launch objectives Coordinate cross-functional promotional planning and execution across marketing, omnichannel COE, training, sales, medical, market access, patient experience, and agency partners Support development and deployment of promotional materials and field engagement resources Help manage promotional review (MeRL), approval, and material development timelines in partnership with agency and cross-functional teams Support field activation planning, Sales meeting readiness, and communication coordination Gather and synthesize field feedback and execution insights to help optimize customer engagement strategies and tactical effectiveness Partner with sales leadership and training teams to support strong promotional pull-through and customer engagement readiness Support congress planning and promotional integration activities Help monitor execution milestones, tactical deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely and effective implementation Support coordination of customer journey execution across personal and non-personal engagement channels Ensure operational alignment across promotional initiatives, customer engagement priorities, and launch execution plans Maintain strong collaboration across internal stakeholders to identify and proactively address executional risks and gaps Manage project timelines, budgets, and all key deliverables aligned to brand goals Requirements A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred.
