Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital Experience, Global Communication, Sales, Customer Success, USP NF, Finance and IT teams, the incumbent will drive integrated plans and priority initiatives that enhance the user experience through tailored messaging, campaigns, ecommerce design and functionality, content delivery and search discoverability related to the purchase journey to support customer engagement, conversion, personalization and revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience: 8+ years of experience supporting or managing ecommerce marketing and revenue growth platforms or digital commerce initiatives, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information systems, or equivalent experience.
