Position Summary: The Senior Cultural Resources Specialist provides technical, administrative, and compliance support to the Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Cultural Resources Program, supporting National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) responsibilities, Programmatic Agreements (PAs), Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plan (ICRMP) implementation, and military training and testing activities throughout the JRM Area of Responsibility, including Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). Coordinate stakeholder engagement, meetings, workshops, and outreach activities by supporting annual Programmatic Agreement workshops, participating in stakeholder meetings, supporting public outreach and cultural resources awareness programs, preparing presentations and briefings, and coordinating with JRM, SHPO, military personnel, consulting parties, and project leadership to support successful implementation of cultural resources program objectives.
