Basic Requirements: An Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience in jet engine maintenance and/or an aviation in-field customer support role OR; A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in jet engine maintenance and/or an aviation in-field customer support role OR; A Master`s degree with experience in jet engine maintenance and/or an aviation in-field customer support role OR; In lieu of degree 6+ years of experience in jet engine maintenance and/or an aviation in-field customer support role. What you will be doing: Here you'll have the opportunity to work on the following: Provide assistance on technical issues to include written communication, phone calls and electronic media relating to aircraft engine operations, Rolls-Royce and Customer databases, diagnostic software (if available), maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and logistics support.
