Installs, maintains, repairs, and rectifies problems through the many mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including electrical motors, compressors, pumps, fans, ducts, pipes, thermostats, and switches which comprise heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems as per EPA regulations. * Inspects HVAC systems and their components (heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) to evaluate, condition, and identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance.
