Develops, coordinates, and delivers emergency preparedness training programs, workshops, outreach initiatives, awareness campaigns, emergency guides, floor captain programs, and community engagement activities for faculty, staff, students, healthcare personnel, and institutional partners. Maintains emergency planning frameworks, hazard vulnerability assessments, training initiatives, and exercise programs while providing consultation, technical assistance, and guidance to departments responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing localized emergency procedures and operational plans.
