Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning to meet the evolving needs of the organization * Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: * Minimum twelve years of recent experience in senior technical leadership roles within cybersecurity such as Deputy CISO, Security CTO, or similar executive capacity with a demonstrable track record of managing large-scale, global security engineering and operations (build/run); proven experience leading cybersecurity architecture, application security, cloud security, and automation/orchestration programs at scale * Master's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, information technology or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities: * Direct strategy execution, architecture, and end-to-end "build/run" operations for enterprise security platforms; maintain the scalability, resilience, and performance of the firm's digital security infrastructure to meet current and future business demands * Design and lead the firm's next-generation defense projects, focusing primarily on architecting and operationalizing solutions related to automation, artificial intelligence, DevSecOps, cloud, and data security * Serve as the firm's primary liaison to the venture capital community and global design partners.
