Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent) • Retail marketing experience with a focus on in-store merchandising, promotions, and localized campaigns • Experience managing campaigns that include marketing automation solutions (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot) and customer journey development • Familiarity with lead capture forms, nurturing flows, retargeting strategies, and CRM segmentation • Martech platform experience including (but not limited to) Adobe tools, Tableau, and CDPs • Adobe Workfront or similar work/project management tool experience • Experience working in energy, financial services, telecom, home security, or other consumer service industries. • 8+ years of experience in marketing, including leading omnichannel campaigns across multiple markets • 3+ years of experience managing and developing a team • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and timelines with multiple stakeholders • Experience presenting campaign strategies and performance insights to senior or executive leadership • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action • Demonstrated ability to turn strategy into high-performing campaigns that drive demand and growth.
