You will work cross-functionally and with the Global Lindt team, in identifying and implementing the overall short and long-term strategy for site functionality and design (A/B testing, analytics), new programs, portfolio & promotions, and technical sprints, while managing the day-to-day operations and execution of the Russellstover.com website with focus on achieving sales and profitability goals. Experience with promotional activity strategy for a D2C business, with proficiency in SEO, Google SEM, Google Analytics, and related email management platforms (Listrak, Klayvio, Mailchimp, or similar) - CRM a plus.
