The ISL, Heavy Industrial - Mining & Milling Asset Performance and Optimization should have hands-on experience in mineral processing or cement/aggregates production operations, with direct exposure to crushing, grinding/milling (SAG/ball mills or raw/cement mills), classification, flotation/beneficiation, kiln or clinker operations, or slurry systems, and ownership of throughput, recovery, energy intensity, reliability, or plant bottlenecks.
