Key responsibilities include:- Lead and shape sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and vendor performance programs (domestic and international)- Direct demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization to reduce risk and working capital- Partner with Operations and cross-functional leaders to align supply plans to production and customer commitments- Establish clear metrics, reporting, and continuous-improvement actions across the supply networkRequired qualifications/skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience- 5+ years progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing/procurement, or inventory management in manufacturing/distribution- Management experience with strong communication, organization, and negotiation skillsDay to DayYour day starts by reviewing inventory levels, open purchase orders, supplier commitments, and material availability to ensure manufacturing and customer requirements are being met across all company locations.
